blackberry screwed

RIM and NTP have reached an impasse in their settlement talks, which has really interesting implications for the Blackberry.  I read about this earlier, and submitted it to slashdot... and they accepted it :-)  Maybe there's something I can do to help with the lag between stories breaking and them getting posted on Slashdot.
