no nicotine

No nicotine for me today. I didn't bother going to the chemist yesterday to get new patches, and I was feeling brave this morning so I didn't get them until this evening. Now I feel very tense, and… well… more tense. Tough shit though, its time to get used to it and deal with the feeling head on. I'll take a patch with me tomorrow, but keep it off if I can. Sorry Max, for not doing the contact thing. Congratulations, I'll talk to you later or tomorrow when I'm feeling more together.
