So I was sitting in my car close to the end of one of the runways where the Emirates A380 had just rolled past on it's way to the runway. I was going to wait for it to take off roughly parallel to where I was located. I got out of my car, looked down and saw this crusty old aircraft stand demarkation line. I found its texture fascinating, its cracked and crusty colours striking and demanding to be photographed.
