did you change your clocks?

by Dave Mon 30 October 2006 @ 15:13
I did.  Actually, I didn't do much, just noted everywhere that Windows said it had updated me for the change from Summer Time.  Lovely.  I remembered to change my watch yesterday too.  I didn't change my phone, because it has automatic time detection.  Didn't really pay attention to that though, because I don't use it to tell the time.
Oh.  I just remembered.  I use it to wake me up in the mornings.  CRAP! So I got up at 5:45 instead of 6:45 :-(

and now for something completely different

OK, so I've made the switch ASP.Net 1.1 to ASP.Net 2.0 and from Readyhosting to DiscountASP.Net.  They seem like a really cool hosting provider, and they're slightly faster than I was getting at the old company.  I've also updated the design of LPC to something slimmer and faster and more compliant.  It is based on a design called Mollio, which is an open source template for the FarCry CMS.  So far so good, though there are going to be lots of broken links around for a while.
Still ToDo : XML Feeds, Eve-Online Stuff, XML-RPC pings for new posts, editing and deleting posts, Code Stuff to be changed to the new 2.0 code and I'm sure there's a bunch of other stuff too.  I've been sitting on this for a month, figuring I'd do it tomorrow.  However, I thought this morning that if I didn't change it now then I'd still be sitting on it in six months.
So here it is.  Let me know what you think, let me know what's broken (unless you get an error page, in which case I'll know anyway).
